AC unit incredibly noisy at night!!! Beach cleanliness left much to be desired. broken glass hazards everywhere!!! No alcohol available, even for casual drinkers!!! Kids pool and play area closed during our stay!!!

The daily transfers to the Dubai Mall were a convenient touch, allowing us to explore without hassle. However, noise from the busy street outside disrupted my sleep. being a light sleeper, it proved challenging. I found the mattresses quite hard, affecting my comfort significantly during my stay. Additionally, the all-inclusive drinks were severely lacking, offering only soda and coffee, which felt disappointing. Overall, the staff's friendliness stood out, and they seemed genuinely eager to make our visit enjoyable.

I had an incredible night in the Standard King room Seaview, Non-smoking! The view from the balcony was breathtaking, perfectly overlooking the beach and pool. The kids' pool was fantastic, and the staff, especially the lifeguard Aisha, made our experience feel very special.

The staff made us feel welcome and were super helpful. The location is perfect for strolling along the beautiful Corniche. We also checked out the stunning private beach. Don't miss the gym with amazing views! For future guests, an AC unit is quieter on the upper floors.

We found the pool to be all one level, which was a bit of a letdown for us who like shallow ends. The sofa bed in our room was uncomfortable too.
